'Shang-Chi' star Simu Liu may be a Marvel superhero, but at heart, he is just like all of us who absolutely can't resist the urge to shake it off to some groovy bhangra beats.
The actor is all over the Internet, thanks to his recent video clip which is spreading on social media like wildfire. In he small video, Liu is seen joining Indian-Canadian rapper Tesher on stage for some high-octane dance performance to his popular song 'Jalebi Baby'.
The two were attending an event when they set the stage on fire with their power-packed bhangra performance to 'Jalebi Baby'.
Liu, who attained global stardom following the success of Marvel Studios' 'Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings', showed off his impressive dance skills as he opened the Juno Awards on Sunday by matching steps with Tesher, whose real name is Hitesh Sharma, on the hit track.
The rapper later shared the video on his official Instagram account.
"Me and @simuliu brought bhangra to the MCU baby!!! Shoutout to the @thejunoawards awards for letting me perform and showcase South Asian culture on the biggest music stage in Canada. I'm still shook!" he wrote alongside the now-viral video of the performance.
The dance steps were choreographed by Devisat Jethwani.
Liu was the host of the event and Tesher was nominated for breakthrough artist of the year award. The Juno Awards returned with a star-studded celebration, featuring performances from Arcade Fire, Avril Lavigne and many more, after two years.
The Weeknd, Charlotte Cardin and Shawn Mendes were the top winners at the award show.
