Shah Rukh Khan reveals his ‘current read’ ahead of King: This fantasy novel is packed with power, prophecy and danger

On September 15, Shah Rukh Khan returned to X for another edition of “Ask SRK” as he wished fans on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. With his much-awaited movie King now just 100 days away from its release, the actor interacted with fans and answered a few questions about his life and interests. One user simply asked Khan about his “Current read”, to which the actor replied, “The Hero of Ages.”

The book is the third and final novel in Brandon Sanderson’s original Mistborn trilogy and takes readers deeper into a world threatened by forces capable of destroying civilisation. It is also a must add to your reading list.

The Hero of Ages follows Vin and Elend as they struggle to protect what remains of humanity after the fall of the Final Empire. The film is being produced by Gauri Khan, Siddharth Anand and Mamta Anand under the banners of Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures.
