The pandemic has made us rethink many of our priorities. Endless work hours are no longer the norm, and exiting workplaces over a toxic culture is has become more common than before.

The uncertainty brought by the coronavirus put the spotlight on personal wellbeing, and that included removing oneself from toxic situations - bosses and offices included.

Cred founder Kunal Shah, who often shares lessons and inspirations on Twitter, recently took to the micro-blogging site to share his views on working with people who don't support growth.


"Life is too short to work for people who kill your spirit," the 42-year -old tweeted.


In another tweet, the startup boss mulled over people's habit of nitpicking, saying it was often a result of superiority complex, which in turn is rooted in inferiority complex.
