Replica of Van Gogh's 'Starry Nights' in her office reminds Edelweiss MF CEO of the 'power of dreams'

The pandemic made us rethink our workspaces. As we brought our laptops home, and set up isolated offices in new corners, these new spaces became a reflection of our personalities.

This habit of having a part of you in the office has stayed on, even as many return to the traditional office.

Radhika Gupta, MD and CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, recently took to Twitter to share pictures and some details about her office.


While the 38-year-old AMC boss didn't reveal whether the office was at home or away, the picture showed that it came with a view of lush greenery.

Gupta said that one's workspace should inspire them.

Adding that she has a replica of Van Gogh’s Starry Night in her office, hung on a red wall, Gupta said it reminds her of the "power of dreams, and the beauty of madness."

"Your workspace should inspire you. Mine has a replica of Van Gogh’s Starry Night. He painted this masterpiece in the asylum when a lot of doubt was cast on his career. It reminds me of the power of dreams, and the beauty of madness… that the world will see a method in." Gupta tweeted.
