Running gives Resurgent India MD some me-time to introspect

Jyoti Prakash Gadia relies on running and his spiritual beliefs to be healthy.

Gadia loves his running and cross fit.
Consistency is the key for Jyoti Prakash Gadia, MD, Resurgent India who is regular to his running and avoiding unhealthy food.

"I travel three to four days a week. Running shoes are always part of my luggage. Roads are mine - I just run or jog wherever I am. I try to drink at least four to five litres of water every day," he says.

Body


Gadia loves his running and cross fit. "I start my day with a morning regime of exercise and running for at least one and a half hours. I try to eat home-cooked food and start my day with fruits, nuts and porridge. I eat light and always avoid late-night food. I am not able to quit sweets fully so I take an extra round on the ground," he shares.

Mental

"I am not a meditative person but for me, my running is me time and that is where I talk to me and introspect myself. I am vegetarian and eat everything but I don't generally eat post 7:30 pm - 8 pm," he says.

Soul

"I am a devotee of Mother and Sri Aurobindo. Reading their books helps me to see everything even business as a lens of divine work. I write one letter to Mother every day and try to surrender my thought and worries in their lotus feet," he ends.
