Rishabh Pant wants to buy a new house and he turned to Twitter for help. ‘You stay rent- free in my heart’, is what he gets!

India wicketkeeper-batsman, Rishabh Pant, is looking for a new house and to get some answers, he turned to his phone, like many of us. Oh, no, the cricketer didn't go to Google. Pant, who was the star behind India's big win over Australia in the Border-Gavaskar series, chose to seek some guidance from Twitterati, and we doubt if these were the suggestions the cricketer was looking for.

Seeking options, Pant, in a tweet, said that his family has been urging him to buy a new house ever since he returned from the tour Down Under. "Will Gurgaon be good?" Pant asked. Soon after, people lined -up with responses.




The replies flooding the micro-blogging site were nothing short of hilarious. A user asked what was the need as the wicketkeeper-batsman already lived in her heart rent- free, while another Twitter user recommended Pant to buy a house next to Australian cricketer Tim Paine.




Another highlighted the pros of his residential society, trying to lure the cricketer into moving in. The micro-blogging website user said that residents in his complex play cricket every Sunday and that the timing fit perfectly as a wicketkeeper batsman had just left the team. What are the odds!



One even offered the cricketer his own house, free of cost! "Sir, take my home, 200 square feet. Free for you," the user wrote.















Not just fans, but Pant’s seniors in the profession also had suggestions. Seeing a fellow sports-person stuck in a spot, former Indian cricketer, Virendra Sehwag, one of the legends who ruled the pitch, jumped in, with a smart one. "I am sure England bowlers will give you enough room," Sehwag wrote, adding "I have faith that with them, you can build a house on the pitch itself."



While Irfan Pathan suggested a cricket ground.



The 23-year-old left-handed batsman scored 274 runs in five innings, including an unbeaten 89 in the fourth Test at the Gabba in Brisbane in which he led India's chase of a target of 328 runs on the final day. India won the match by three wickets and became the first team in 32 years to beat Australia at the Gabba in a Test match. It also helped seal a second consecutive 2-1 Test series win for India in Australia.

With all the helpful suggestions poured in by Twitterati, Pant surely is packed for his house hunt.
