Redmi K60 series may feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset & 67W fast-charging
The new series is expected to feature three devices.

Even before the official launch of the smartphone, the Internet is abuzz with rumours surrounding the expected features of the smartphones. While the Redmi K50i was launched in India with MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC, now it seems the brand might introduce three devices in the Redmi K60 series. The new devices are the successor to the Redmi K50 series that was launched in March this year.
According to noted tipster, Kacper Skrzypek, the upcoming Redmi K60 series will have three models - Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pr and Redmi K60E. The tipster revealed that the devices have Socrates, Mondrian, and Rembrandt as their codenames. The Redmi K60 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, while the Redmi K60 Pro will come with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and the Redmi K60E will sport a MediaTek chipset.

The smartphones were well-received for their futuristic designs and top-of-the-line specifications. The base variant of Redmi K60 is expected to be priced at Rs 34,990.
