Nothing says Sunday like the smell of freshly baked croissants, a plate of eggs and bacon to go with.

But if getting dressed and heading out for a brunch is not on the top of your Sunday wish list, worry not; we have the perfect solution for you.

An easy-to-make breakfast that looks as good as it tastes! And the best part, it's got a whole lot of cheese in case you have a hangover that needs to be taken care of.

Ingredients
Freshly Baked Croissant: 1
Whole eggs: 2
Yellow cheddar cheese slices: 1 or 2
Crisp Bacon Rashers: 2 or 3

Asparagus Spears: 3 or 4
Butter: ½ tea spoon
Cherry tomatoes (halved): For garnish


This is what Sunday mornings should look like.

- Make a slit in between the croissant length wise and put the sliced cheddar cheese in between. Now place the croissant in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree Celsius till the cheese melts.
- Prepare a sunny side up fried egg.
- Toss the asparagus spears in little butter.
- To arrange the final dish, place the crisp bacon rashers in the croissant, followed by the fried egg.

- Garnish with asparagus spears and cherry tomatoes.
