Smokey Jiff
Ingredients
Peat Single Malt: 60 ml
Cointreau: 30 ml
Dash of Angustra Bitters
Star Anise: 2
Cloves: 4-6

Cracked Ice

Method
- Chill a crystal cut glass with cracked ice
- Pour the ingredients on bell ice cubes in a traditional Boston shaker
- Fire the smoke gun with cloves and star anise
- Infuse the ingredients with the smoke

- Pour into crystal glass and garnish with star anise and clove
