Ratan Tata has a great aesthetic sense: Titan's S. Ravi Kant

The fact that Tata Sons interim chairman, Ratan Tata, pays great attention to detail is no secret, especially for those who’ve experienced first-hand, his passion for the job.

On the sidelines of an event, S. Ravi Kant, CEO, watches & accessories, Titan recalled the time when Tata was overseeing the making of a few customised watches. “Our team has worked with him on some projects and his involvement was tremendous. There we were, creating a unique watch for somebody else, and he sat with one of our senior designers and gave him a lot of time and details on how the watch should look. He’s got a great aesthetic sense and that’s what most of his inputs were on,” Kant said.
