Raju Srivastava's daughter Antara thanks fans for condolence messages on Instagram
The late comedian was cremated in the presence of family and close friends in New Delhi.

Taking to Instagram, the Associate Producer of 'Vodka Diaries' expressed gratitude for the condolence messages. The family is yet to release an official statement.
The 58-year-old passed away on Wednesday morning after battling for his life for 41 days. He was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences after he suffered a heart attack on August 10.
Srivastava, one of the most well-known names in the industry, was cremated on Thursday in the presence of family and close friends in New Delhi. Antara also shared the details of the cremation on social media.

The comedian's cremation was attended by fellow comedians Sunil Pal, Ahsaan Qureshi, Surendra Sharma and Ashok Chakradhar. Director Madhur Bhandarkar, singer Ram Shankar and Uttar Pradesh's Minister of Tourism & Culture Jaiveer Singh along with hundreds of fans also reached the venue to pay last respects to the comedian.
The family has not yet decided on the venue or date for the prayer meet.
Born in Kanpur, Srivastava's career spanned almost four decades. The comedian gained nationwide fame when he appeared as a participant in the 2005 reality comedy competition show 'The Great Indian Laughter Challenge'.
