Michelle Bolsonaro (R) and Melania Trump (L) are both the third wives of Jair and Donald respectively.

The Bolsonaros are known as Trumps of the Tropics. And given how deeply popular Donald Trump is in his own mind, he obviously resents the comparison.

Michelle Bolsonaro and Melania Trump are both First Ladies. But even more interestingly, both are the third wives of Jair and Donald respectively.

Nepotism rocks
Jair and Donald have both been criticised for nepotism in office. Nixon’s legacy might be marred by the Watergate scandal, but he also had a lawsuit to his name. Arthur Ernest Fitzgerald, a former US government employee, sued Nixon in 1968 after he was fired for testifying before Congress a cost discrepancy worth $2.3 billion in an aircraft program. Though Fitzgerald lost the suit, his case was instrumental in drafting the Whistle-blower Protection Act.
