Paytm Insider CEO plays tennis to bust stress, says Federer & Sampras his favourite players

The boss is a Pete Sampras and Roger Federer fan who plays the game to let his hair down.

The game is more than a stress buster, it is also something the CEO of Paytm Insider reads about.

Tennis once or twice a week over the weekend is the schedule of Paytm Insider CEO, Shreyas Srinivasan. He told ET Panache, "Tennis gives me a physical outlet for the stress. Regular exercise also helps me handle day to day stress better."

He has played occasionally with stand-up comedian Zakir Khan. Of the games between the duo, Srinivasan said with a laugh, "He plays pretty well and we have a healthy competition but I manage to beat him most of the time."

The game is more than a stress buster, it is also something the CEO of Paytm Insider reads about. The book ‘Inner game of tennis’ that he read some time ago has been one that has taught him a lesson for life.

"The book helped me understand that half the battle of winning any contest is to conquer the internal self doubt and anxiety," he shared.

Whenever the Grand Slams are on, Srinivasan is glued to his television. "Pete Sampras is my all time favourite, the current favourite is Roger Federer. One of the highlights of the last year was watching Federer play live in Dubai," he signed off saying.
