'Our baby ... coming soon!' Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor to welcome their first child together, couple announce pregnancy

The actress took to her official Instagram account to share the good news with fans. The 29-year-old shared a picture along with her husband Kapoor as the couple went through sonography.
"Our baby.. coming soon," the actress wrote (sic).
Bhatt's second picture in her post features two lions and a lion cub. The couple's fans flooded Bhatt's post with congratulatory messages and best wishes. Kapoor's sister Riddhima, film-maker Karan Johar, Priyanka Chopra, Bhatt's bestfriend Akansha Ranjan Kapoor were among the list of Bollywood biggies who led the outpouring of good wishes.
The couple exchanged vows in April after dating for over five years. The two got married in Kapoor's 'Vastu' residence in Mumbai's Bandra. The intimate wedding ceremony was attended by close family and friends.
As the fans of Kapoor and Bhatt rejoice, a quote by the actor from his recent 'Shamshera' movie promotions is making the rounds on the Internet.
During the event, the 39-year-old actor had talked about building his own family and working for them. Kapoor was asked about his future plans to which he said, "Abhi mujhe bahot kaam karna hai sir. Abhi mujhe family banani hai, unke liye kaam karna hai. Pehle mai khudke liye kaam karraha tha. Nahi nahi, abhi mai bahot kaam karunga. (I have a lot of work to do. Now I have to build a family, so I have to work for them. Earlier, I used to work for myself. But now, I have a lot of work."
At the same event, the actor also spoke about his outlook on marriage and how it changed after he found Bhatt.
"Shaadi is dal chawal for pachaas saal till you die. Arey life mein thoda bahut keema pav, tangdi kebab, hakka noodles bhi hona chahiye na. (Marriage is like eating dal chawal for 50 years till you die. You need some other dishes and flavours, too)," the actor recited his famous line, adding that Bhatt is his "tadka" in the dal.
