Oppo unveils Reno 2, 2Z, 2F with quad-camera set-up at Rs 29,990 onwards

Oppo launched three phones in its Reno 2 series.
Oppo, on Thursday, unveiled its camera-centric smartphones, Reno 2, Reno 2Z, and Reno 2F, in India. The devices come with a quad-cam setup at the back and 20x zoom support.

The smartphones are all India-first and run ColorOS 6.1 based on Android Pie. Featuring a 4000mAh battery, they will be powered by the company's latest charging technology VOOC 3.0. Promising 3 excellent image quality, they support Ultra-Dark mode and Ultra-Steady video.

The OPPO Reno 2 comes with a 48MP Quadcam setup and a Shark Fin rising front camera. It sports a a 6.55-inch AMOLED Panoramic screen, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, and will be available in two colour options – Ocean Blue and Luminous Black.

Reno 2F and 2Z come with a 6.53-inch AMOLED Panoramic screen. While the 2F runs a MTK P70 processor and has 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, the 2Z has a MTK P90 processor and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage.

The Reno 2, priced at Rs 36,990, will go on sale from September 20, with pre-orders opening from September 10. The 2Z, will be available from September 6, and is priced at Rs 29,990. The tech giant is yet to announce the price of the Reno 2F, that will go on sale in November.
