OnePlus 9 Pro review: The smartphone is a complete package

OnePlus 9 Pro is the company's most expensive smartphone in the country with a starting price of Rs 64,999. It boasts of features like the fastest processor, QHD+ AMOLED Fluid display 2.0 and 65watt Warp Charge.

OnePlus has partnered with Hasselblad for the camera on the One-Plus 9 Pro. The partnership enables the device to capture great photos with more accurate colour reproduction. The rear camera system comprises a 48MP main camera with a Sony IMX789 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, an 8MP telephoto lens and a 2MP monochrome lens. There is a 16MP camera at the front for selfies.

The smartphone comes with a new design. It features a metal back built with aluminium and offers a premium look. Morning Mist, Pine Green and Stellar Black are the colour options of the device. The Morning Mist variant has a reflective back that gradually changes from Silver to Black towards the bottom.

OnePlus 9 Pro is a tall device with a 6.67-inch display. The phone offers an AMOLED Fluid Display 2.0 with LPTO technology for low power consumption. The screen has a variable refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz. It comes with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass on the top.

OnePlus 9 Pro is equipped with the latest and faster Android processor- Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octacore chipset with X60 5G Modem-RF system for 5G connectivity. This is paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone delivers a super smooth, lag-free performance for daily usage.

OnePlus 9 Pro is a gaming beast and comes with OnePlus Cool Play cooling system. The smartphone runs on OxygenOS 11 which is based on Android 11 operating system. The UI is clean and neat with a nearstock Android experience. OnePlus 9 Pro can charge from 0% to 100% in about 40 minutes. Once fully charged, the phone can last 19-20 hours.
