Pioneering smartphone brand OnePlus, which recently launched its OnePlus 10 Pro in India, is all set to unveil yet another smartphone this month. The all-new OnePlus 10 R will make a splash in the Indian market on April 28. The smartphone is the renamed model of the OnePlus Ace which is all set to be launched in the Chinese market on April 21.

The brand has already launched a few smartphones this year. However, unlike earlier, the brand has been launching a series of smartphones targeted at different budget ranges. The OnePlus 10R is expected to be a budget smartphone.
Besides, the brand has plans to launch its affordable smartphone OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G and OnePlus Nord Buds on the same day. Ahead of the release of the new devices, OnePlus has been teasing the design and specs of the devices.
While the OnePlus Ace is backed by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC with 150W fast charging, the OnePlus 10R 5G will sport a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max SoC and 4,500mAh battery that supports 150W SUPERVOOC charging.

OnePlus 10R: Expected Specifications

• Likely 6.7-inch FullHD AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz
• Display likely support for HDR10+, and protection on top using the Corning Gorilla Glass 5
• The device is likely to come with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage
• The rear camera module may sport a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera and a 16MP selfie camera
• 150W charging support on a 4500mAh battery
• 80W charging option likely to be available, but with the 5000mAh battery variant

According to a teaser image posted by the brand, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G will feature a triple camera setup. The design of the device bears a slight resemblance to the recent Realme 9 Pro+. While the logo appears in the centre of the rear panel, the right side features the power button. The device is likely to retain its 3.5mm audio jack.
