Now, Rohit Sharma wants Rishabh Pant to turn babysitter for daughter Samaira

Looks like Rishabh Pant's babysitting skills are much in demand. Rohit Sharma was the latest to join the queue, requesting Pant's services. On Wednesday, Sharma who recently became daddy, requested wicket-keeper Pant to babysit his daughter Samaira. In response to Pant's 'Good morning' tweet, the 31-year-old wrote, "Morning buddy. Heard you're a good baby sitter, need one right now. Ritika will be quite happy @RishabPant777."


Earlier, during the Melbourne test, Australian captain Tim Paine had requested Pant to babysit his kids during the sledging session so he could take his wife, Bonnie Paine, out on a movie date.


The Pant-Paine banter was not taken seriously at first. However, Paine's wife posted a picture of the wicket-keeper with her kids and captioned it 'Best Babysitter'. A week after this, she posted an Instagram story requesting Pant if he would come for another gig. She wrote, 'Trying to unpack with a needy baby. Wonder if Rishabh Pant is free for a babysitting gig today.'


In Australia, Pant ended the five-day Test series as the second-highest run-scorer after Cheteshwar Pujara by scoring 350 runs in seven innings. Behind the stumps, he broke the record for most catches by an Indian wicket-keeper in a Test series.
