Nothing to unveil Ear 1 today. Here's what to expect and how to livestream the event

London-based consumer tech company Nothing is set to unveil its wireless earbuds at an event today at 6:30 pm. YouTube personality, co-founder of Beme and Nothing investor, Casey Neistat will among those present at the launch.


Priced at Rs 5,999, the Ear 1 are the first product from the company that Carl Pei lauched months after parting from OnePlus.


Pei's excitement was visible from the several star emojis accompanying his 'Launch Day' tweet.


The earphones, featuring 'active noise cancellation' (ANC), will go on sale on Flipkart.

They earphones are reported to give 36 hours of battery life without ANC, and will last for 24 hours if using ANC. They will come with support for wireless charging as well as fast charging.

"Starting with ear (1), our products will be uniquely designed and easy to use. Above all, they will be devices we are proud to use ourselves and recommend to our friends and family," Manu Sharma, Vice President and General Manager, Nothing India, had earlier said in a statement.
