Nothing phone (1) Lite not happening! Carl Pei terms report hinting at new device fake news
The Lite version was rumoured to be launched in India by October.

Several reports indicated that the brand will reportedly launch a lite version of the Nothing phone (1) without the Glyph Interface named the Nothing phone (1) Lite. However, now it seems the lite version of the peppy Android device is not happening anytime soon.
The founder of the brand, Carl Pei, has put a lid on all the rumours surrounding the brand’s next smartphone. Pei took to his Twitter account to call the reports fake. The former OnePlus co-founder called the reports fake while retweeting a tweet by tech portal Android Police claiming details about Nothing phone (1) Lite.

Android Police in its report said that the Lite version will essentially come with similar features as the primary Nothing phone (1) device. The only distinct feature would be that the device will not sport the flashy Glyph Interface. Interestingly, the absence of the 900 LED lamps on the back will make the device look similar to iPhone 12.
Meanwhile, there are also reports suggesting that the brand may be working on its two wireless earphones. According to the noted tipster, Mukul Sharma, Nothing B155 and B157 wireless earphones have already been cleared by Indian BIS certification.
