Srivastava was considered to be among one of the most popular comedians in India. Born in a middle-class family on December 25, 1963, in Kanpur, he began his stint in the entertainment industry in the late 1980s. However, much of his fame came when he appeared on ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’, a comedy show that was aired in 2005.
