Prabhas is currently shooting for Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The actor is legendary in the Indian film industry for his extreme hospitality and reputation as a massive foodie. His co-stars and crew members often describe his film sets as turning into “royal feasts,” with Prabhas personally making sure everyone is well-fed. Recently, the actor opened up about the lengths he once went to for a cheat meal, and it involved a flight, not a food app.

During promotions for Couple Friendly with Santosh Shobhan and Manasa Varanasi, Prabhas was asked about rumours that he orders food from different states whenever he feels like indulging. Confirming the stories, the Baahubali star shared an amusing incident from the sets of Adipurush, directed by Om Raut.

Prabhas flying in food from different states

Prabhas recalled that while shooting in Mumbai, it happened to be his cheat meal day. Instead of choosing something local, he decided to surprise Om Raut with food from Chennai. The director kept waiting for the meal, unaware that it was not coming from a nearby restaurant. Prabhas said he intentionally did not allow him to eat anything else while they waited.

When the delay stretched on, Om reportedly questioned why the food was taking so long. That is when Prabhas revealed the twist, the meal was being flown in from Chennai. According to the actor, someone had boarded a flight carrying a traditional lunchbox filled with hot, masala-rich dishes. He shared that Om was stunned to learn the food had travelled by air just for a cheat day meal and joked that he had never seen someone go to such lengths for food.

Explaining the reason behind this unusual habit, Prabhas said, "We get the food in Hyderabad, but that authenticity is missing. People joke whenever I have cheat days about which state my meal will be brought in from.”
