No international vacay, Priti Rathi Gupta wants to explore India this summer

With the sun shining brightly, suitcases are being packed for those yearly summer getaways. And Anand Rathi's MD Priti Rathi Gupta is making her plans too. Having spent most holidays travelling abroad, this year, she is looking forward to exploring India.

“I think India has great exotic locations and it is time we start discovering them one by one,” she told ETPanache at an event recently.

One of Gupta’s fondest sojourns in the country has been to Jaisalmer. She visited the desert city with her family last year.


“In just three days, we ended up covering a lot. We went to the India-Pakistan border, visited local villages and temples and even camped in the desert for a night. It was an amazing experience.”

So what’s next on Gupta’s travel bucket list?

“We want to explore the North East,” she says.
