Fans are binge-watching Nobody Wants This Season 3, which premiered on Netflix on October 22 with all 10 episodes. Created by Erin Foster, the hit romantic comedy brings back Kristen Bell as Joanne and Adam Brody as Noah. This season takes their interfaith relationship beyond the usual will-they-won’t-they phase as the couple makes important decisions about marriage, religion and their future together.

Here is what happens at the end of Nobody Wants This Season 3, including whether Joanne converts to Judaism, whether she marries Noah and what is known about Season 4.

Nobody Wants This Season 3 ending explained (Spoilers alert)

One of the biggest questions surrounding the series has been whether Joanne will convert to Judaism for Noah. In Season 3, she continues attending conversion classes led by Rabbi Eden, played by Sarah Silverman, as she prepares for the next stage of her relationship with Noah.

The season finale finally gives us the answer. Joanne completes her conversion in a mikvah, a ritual immersion in water. The emotional scene is set in the ocean near the Malibu beach house and Noah watches as she finishes the process.

The season also sees Noah take a big step towards commitment. In Episode 4, he tells Joanne that they are travelling to attend his friend Brian’s wedding. However, the wedding turns out to be a surprise proposal planned for Joanne. At a vineyard, Noah reveals his real intention, and the couple gets engaged as Taylor Swift’s Lover plays in the background.

Their engagement, however, does not mean the road to marriage is free of complications.

Do Joanne and Noah get married? What happens to Morgan and Sasha?

Yes, Joanne and Noah get married in the Season 3 finale. Following Joanne’s conversion, Noah suggests that they stop worrying about elaborate wedding plans and get married on the beach instead. Joanne agrees, and Rabbi Eden performs their private ceremony. They have a Jewish stranger walking his dog to be their witness.

The spontaneous wedding allows the couple to focus on their relationship rather than the expectations and disagreements surrounding them. By the end, Joanne and Noah become Mr. and Mrs. Roklov.

Meanwhile, the season also explores the complicated relationship between Joanne’s sister Morgan, played by Justine Lupe, and Noah’s brother Sasha, played by Timothy Simons. The pair finally act on their attraction during a trip to New York, but Morgan walks away the next morning. She later realises she wants another chance, only for Sasha to reject her because he is not ready to risk their friendship.

The situation becomes more complicated in the finale when Sasha and his estranged wife, Esther, played by Jackie Tohn, hook up after she visits him to drop something off for their daughter. Esther has been building a new relationship with Julian, a wealthy older client she meets while pursuing a career in real estate. Her encounter with Sasha threatens that relationship and adds further tension to the love triangle.

Season 3 also features appearances by Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen host Andy Cohen and Summer House star Ciara Miller.

Nobody Wants This Season 4: Has Netflix renewed the series?

As of October 2026, Netflix has not officially renewed or cancelled Nobody Wants This for Season 4. There is no confirmed release date or announcement about whether the romantic comedy will return.

The third season gives Joanne and Noah a clear milestone by bringing them together in marriage. However, Morgan and Sasha’s unresolved relationship, along with the complications involving Esther, leaves room for more stories if the series continues. Stay tuned for any update on Season 4.
