In the video, the octogenarian said she gets out daily. She also said that she walks a lot – she tries to cover 10,000 steps, which translates to 8 kilometres regularly. She also stated that she has often walked when the weather got stormy or rainy too. She only refrained from walking when it became too cold. To supplement her active lifestyle, she also maintains a clean diet, free from sugar and processed foods. “I don't eat sugar, and I don't eat anything made with white flour," she said.
