Coconut pudding: How to make

To prepare the coconut pudding, first, you have to combine all the pudding ingredients in a bowl. Add the Greek yogurt, desiccated coconut, maple syrup, chia seeds and coconut milk, and mix everything thoroughly until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined. Make sure there are no lumps and that the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Once the pudding mixture is ready, transfer it to the refrigerator and let it chill for around 30–60 minutes. This resting time allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and helps the mixture thicken into a creamy, pudding-like consistency.

While the pudding is chilling, melt the dark chocolate until it becomes smooth and pourable. Once the pudding has thickened, take it out of the refrigerator and carefully pour the melted chocolate over the top. Use the back of a spoon or a spatula to spread the chocolate into an even layer, ensuring that the surface is completely covered.

Finally, sprinkle some desiccated coconut over the melted chocolate. Place the pudding back in the refrigerator and allow the chocolate layer to set and harden. Once it has completely set, your creamy coconut pudding is ready to enjoy.
