A Hydrating Start to the Day

According to Rashmika, maintaining good health begins the moment she wakes up. She explained that hydration is her first priority each morning. Soon after getting out of bed, she drinks a large quantity of water—nearly a full litre—to refresh her body and kick-start her metabolism. Alongside this habit, her nutrition expert recommended including apple cider vinegar as part of her morning routine. Although the taste is not particularly pleasant for her, the actress continues to consume it daily because of its perceived health benefits.

Rashmika also mentioned that she recently shifted to a mostly vegetarian lifestyle, identifying herself as an eggetarian. Eggs form an important part of her post-workout nutrition because they provide the protein she needs to support recovery and maintain strength.


Balanced Meals Through the Day

Speaking about her meals, Rashmika revealed that her food choices have evolved over time due to guidance from her dietitian. One breakfast she used to enjoy frequently was avocado toast, but she has since reduced or eliminated it based on professional dietary advice.

For lunch, she prefers flavours inspired by South Indian cuisine. Instead of relying heavily on rice, she focuses on vegetable-rich curries and side dishes. She described her unusual habit of combining several curries together and eating them as a mixed dish, appreciating the blend of flavours and the abundance of vegetables.

Light Dinners and Sweet Cravings

Evenings typically involve lighter meals for the actress. However, when she spends time socialising with friends, she occasionally enjoys a fuller dinner. Despite maintaining a disciplined approach to food, Rashmika admitted that she often feels a strong desire for desserts, even though she does not schedule traditional cheat meals.

Interestingly, the actress also revealed that she has allergies to certain vegetables, including tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, and capsicum. In contrast, she particularly enjoys eating sweet potatoes.

Exercise remains an essential component of Rashmika’s lifestyle. Due to her busy shooting schedules, she usually chooses to train in the evening rather than the morning. Regardless of timing, she emphasised that she stays committed to working out every day, making physical activity a non-negotiable part of her routine.
