Pooja Meri Jaan will premiere on ZEE5 after waiting for four years for its release. Bethlehem Kudumba Unit - JioHotstar

Release date: October 2 | Cast: Nivin Pauly, Mamitha Baiju

One of Malayalam cinema’s biggest recent hits, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is coming to JioHotstar on October 2. Directed by Girish A.D., the romantic comedy-drama stars Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju. The film had a strong theatrical run and crossed the Rs 300 crore mark globally, becoming a major box office success.



Ohh My Dog - Netflix

Release date: October 1 | Cast: Pankaj Tripathi, Pavan Malhotra

Ohh My Dog will stream on Netflix from October 1. The investigative comedy-drama follows two separate mysteries that gradually unfold alongside each other. One involves a child searching for her missing indie dog, Momo, while the other revolves around the disappearance of a young labourer in Bihar. Pankaj Tripathi and Pavan Malhotra headline the film.

Dupahiya Season 2 - Prime Video

Release date: October 1 | Cast: Gajraj Rao, Renuka Shahane, Sparsh Shrivastava, Bhuvan Arora, Dinesh Lal Yadav

The second season of Dupahiya arrives on Prime Video on October 1. The comedy-drama returns to the fictional village of Dhadakpur, where the arrival of a new mobile tower project creates fresh trouble and confusion for the residents. The Tamil romantic comedy series #Love will premiere on Netflix on October 2. Aishwarya Lekshmi and Arjun Das play Tara and Matthew, rival founders of dating apps who decide to take part in a 60-day relationship challenge. What starts as an attempt to settle their views on love and compatibility gradually becomes more complicated as they spend more time together.

LEGO One Piece - Netflix

LEGO One Piece arrives on Netflix on September 29 as a two-part animated special. The project gives the events from the first two seasons of the live-action One Piece series a LEGO-inspired treatment. The story is narrated through Usopp as he shares his exaggerated versions of events with Tony Tony Chopper. The original live-action cast, including Iñaki Godoy, Emily Rudd and Mackenyu, return to voice their LEGO characters.

The Arena - Netflix

Netflix’s reality competition series The Arena premieres on September 30. The show brings together 38 amateur fighters who take part in physical challenges and cage bouts. Doing Life - Netflix

Tyler Perry’s Doing Life will release on Netflix on October 2. The drama follows Anika, a former prison guard, and Carousel, a reformed ex-convict who saves her during a prison riot. The two develop an unexpected connection through letters, but their relationship faces opposition from Anika’s family because of Carousel’s past. The story explores redemption, second chances and whether people can move beyond their past.

Ip Man: Kung Fu Legend - Lionsgate Play

The martial arts film Ip Man: Kung Fu Legend premieres on Lionsgate Play on October 2. Dennis To returns as the legendary Wing Chun master in this story set in 1950s Hong Kong. After leaving the police force, Ip Man opens a martial arts school but is forced to act when a corrupt Western boxing gym threatens the local community and its properties.



The Last First: Winter K2 - Apple TV

The documentary The Last First: Winter K2 arrives on Apple TV on October 2. Directed by Amir Bar-Lev, it looks at the 2021 expedition that attempted to reach the summit of K2 during the winter season. The documentary captures the harsh weather, physical risks and determination involved in taking on one of mountaineering’s most difficult challenges.
