Superstar Rajinikanth’s younger daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth and her husband pharmaceutical entrepreneur Vishagan Vanangamudi welcomed their second child Veer Rajinikanth Vishagan on September 11. Recently she shared a picture of her newborn and her famous father.
On Tuesday, Soundarya celebrated her birthday with her family in Chennai. She thanked her Twitter followers for their warm wishes and treated them to a beautiful picture of her son.
In the photo, she can be seen holding her newborn in her arms while her father hovers around protectively. The picture came with a sweet message from the graphic designer, “To every person who took time to wish me on my birthday yesterday, THANK YOU SO SO SO SO MUCH…..Gods have blessed me with the best gift this year, my Veer papa. And having this amazing god's child behind me, always life is a true blessing!”
Veer is her first child from her marriage to Vishagan. The ‘Kochadaiiyaan’ director tied the knot with her beau in 2019 through an intimate ceremony. Her firstborn, Ved is from her first marriage to businessman Ashwin Ramkumar. In July 2017, the couple divorced.
She has over two decades of experience in graphic designing, and has worked in films like ‘Chandramukhi’, ‘Sivakasi’, ‘Majaa’, ‘Chennai 600028’ and ‘Sivaji’ among others. Apart from this, she also runs a film production house called Ocher Picture Productions.

On Sunday the producer-director announced the birth of her son on Twitter along with some beautiful pictures from her pregnancy photoshoot. The baby’s face however has not been revealed yet.
