With Motera stadium, the world’s largest cricket venue with a seating capacity of 1.10 lakh people, all decked up to welcome Trump, desi Twitter is already going bonkers and churning out hilarious memes on Trump’s maiden India visit.

While several memes mocked the construction of the wall in Ahmedabad to allegedly hide the landscape that isn’t exactly visually appealing, others took light-hearted jibes at the Indian PM and the US President.

For starters, Amul, which is well known for its topical artworks came up with a tongue-in-cheek cartoon which included a hilarious wordplay.

"'Namaske' President Trump", read the cartoon.

When in India, do as the Indians do.

Some politicians couldn’t help but allege that PM Modi is following POTUS.

Finally, when all else fails, you can always chant ‘har har Modi’.
