My diet is discipline, says star shot putter Inderjeet Singh
Shot putter Inderjeet Singh has shoulders wide as a big screen TV. Inevitably, the Rio-bound 28-year-old gets many questions about his food habits. When he tells people he is vegetarian, they are often surprised.

“Lot of people ask me about my diet, and I tell them that my diet is discipline,” Singh said at a felicitation by employers Indian Oil in Mumbai. “You can’t eat something potent once in a while and expect to develop muscle.
