In the clip, we hear a man saying that the crowd showed up to the ‘Laila’ singer's rescue after his car broke down at 3 am on Sunday amid heavy rain in Mumbai.
"Our car has broken down but there are close to 200 people here who have come to help us out," Singh is heard saying in the video. According to reports, the singer was returning from a wedding when the incident happened.
In the viral post, many pointed out that the singer was seen driving around without a mask, along with the crowd that had gathered around to help his car get through. People also questioned why Singh was out at 3 am despite there being strict Covid rules restricting night movements amid rising coronavirus cases in the state.
