Mahesh Babu turns 47! Wife Namrata Shirodkar pens sweet note, wishes pour in

Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu celebrated his 47th birthday on August 9. The actor who was last seen in ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is among the most popular stars from the Telugu film industry who has emerged as one of the most popular faces across the nation. Despite no Hindi films, Mahesh is among the most revered actors among the Hindi audience owing to the success of his dubbed movies on OTT and television.

On the special occasion, the actor’s wife Namrata Shirodkar took to her Instagram account to express her birthday wishes. The former actress shared a picture of Mahesh along with a sweet note. “You light up my world like nobody else! Happy birthday MB @urstrulymahesh!! Here's to many more crazy years together!! Love you, now and always,” read Namrata’s post.

Several actors from the southern film industry took to their social media to wish the ‘Businessman’ actor. Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Keerthy Suresh, Mammootty and many others joined to wish the star.
The actor’s fans were also seen organising events to mark the occasion.

According to latest reports, Mahesh Babu is reportedly gearing up to make his pan-India debut with hit film-maker SS Rajamouli’s next magnum opus. This will also be the first time that Mahesh will have a major film release in all major languages including Hindi.

The actor, who had earlier this year said that Bollywood cannot afford him, is reportedly leaving no stones unturned to make his grand debut across India. ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ was not released in Hindi and his upcoming film ‘SSMB28’ will also not be dubbed in Hindi. Rumours suggest that this is a calculated move for Mahesh to make his Hindi debut with Rajamouli’s next film.

‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ was a box-office success and went on to collect nearly Rs 230 crores at the box-office.
