Parmila & Co – ZEE5
One of the biggest highlights this week is Parmila & Co, which starts streaming on ZEE5 from July 10. Directed by Pandiraaj, the black comedy-thriller stars Jayaram and Urvashi, marking their on-screen reunion after more than two decades since Panchathanthiram. The ensemble cast also includes Mysskin, Yogi Babu and Santosh Sobhan.

Peddi – Netflix

Set in rural Andhra Pradesh, the film tells the story of a gifted young cricketer whose dreams are shattered by unforeseen events. Forced to leave the sport behind, he finds a new purpose in wrestling and eventually becomes the face of his village's fight for justice, dignity and development. Land of Football – JioHotstar
The Malayalam documentary series Land of Football premieres on JioHotstar on July 10.

Instead of focusing on one player or one team, the series explores Kerala's extraordinary love for football over the last 70 years. From muddy local tournaments and packed village grounds to the colourful fan culture during FIFA World Cup seasons, the documentary captures how football has become a part of everyday life for generations across the state.

Kotha Malupu – Prime Video
Streaming on Prime Video from July 6, Kotha Malupu is a Telugu romantic comedy-drama directed by Siva Kesanakurthi. The film features Akash Goparaju, Bhairavi Ardhya Deka, Mahendhar P, Raghu Babu, Prudhvi and Prabhavati Varma.

Set in a rural village, the story revolves around two cousins whose playful friendship gradually turns into love. However, misunderstandings, hidden truths and unexpected developments make their relationship more complicated than they had imagined.

Sing Geetham – Netflix
Fantasy musical comedy Sing Geetham begins streaming on Netflix on July 9. Directed by Singeetham Srinivasa Rao, the film stars Ayaan, Ahilya Bamroo, Shalini Kondepudi, Sivannarayana Naripeddi, Agu Stanley Chiedozie, Vijay Deverakonda, KV Anudeep, Rahul Ravindran and Nivetha Pethuraj.

Balti – SonyLIV
Balti premieres on SonyLIV on July 10. Directed by Unni Sivalingam, the Malayalam-Tamil action drama stars Shane Nigam, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Preethi Asrani, Alphonse Puthren, Selvaraghavan, Shiva Hariharan, Jeckson Johnson, Akshay Radhakrishnan and Poornima Indrajith.

The film follows Udhayan, a talented kabaddi player whose life changes after he becomes associated with a powerful financier.
