Kyzo review: This app makes it easy to store and access digital versions of important documents

Kyzo’s primary aim is to make it easy to store and access digital versions of important documents. It has a simple interface with just two large icons on the main page: Scan and Share.
The Scan share gives you a list of government issued identification documents (Aadhar, PAN, Passport, Driving License etc.). Just select the document and scan it using the built-in scanner of the app.
It takes a few seconds to scan the document and then automatically reads and saves information from the document along with a photo. There is also a section to scan other important documents like bank statements, birth certificates, credit card statements, Form 16, Payslips and so on. However, for these other documents, only the photo is saved.
You will have to manually add the text information into the app. The best part about the app is that all data stays on your smartphone and is encrypted to prevent misuse. Sharing of data can only be done with authorized service providers by scanning a QR code and then approval with two factor authentication.
You don’t have to worry about any random person being able to get access to your documents. The only thing we miss is the option to upload already scanned/saved documents on the phone, but hopefully that feature will be added in future updates.
The app is completely free and has no ads. It’s one of the best ways to store and access all your digital documents in a snap!
