One of the best new features on Android 9.0 is Digital Wellbeing. It helps you understand how you use your smartphone and can help apply limits to control the digital habit. However, it is available for select smartphones only.
If you have an older Android phone, you can use ActionDash. It works in similar way to the official Google app: by visualising device usage with details on which apps you use the most.

You can see further details of screen on time, app launches, notifications and unlocks in separate tabs.
