Kavin Mittal, Kunal Shah share top tips on customer retention
At a recent IIT-Bombay summit, entrepreneurs shared their experiences.

Passing down their pearls of wisdom about customer behaviour to budding entrepreneurs at a summit at IIT-Bombay recently were Hike Messenger’s Kavin Mittal, Myntra’s Ananth Narayanan and FreeCharge’s Kunal Shah.
While the first two spoke about what they learnt from customer behaviour in the past, Narayanan was all about the future — customer retention.

“Acquiring them [customers] is not a problem, but if you can retain them, everything else will fall in its place,” he said. Hope the IITians are taking note.
