I am extremely excited but understand my responsibility. I was expecting bids to come close to Rs 1 crore but could not believe it, when it passed 1 crore and kept going. Just like everyone else, I also have to manage and run my home. My sister and her children live with me so I will be taking care of them with the money.
I am extremely happy to be the highest paid player this season, there is a huge responsibility to deliver and I am glad to receive this opportunity. I will now focus on increasing the standard of my game and playing the best I can. This money has given me the opportunity to successfully support my family.

I would firstly like to fulfill my dream of buying a home in Mumbai. My sister will also be getting married which is of primary importance at the moment. Pro Kabaddi has made a significant difference to my financial stability allowing me to settle down comfortably. I will also be saving the money I earned to put my long-term dream of opening a Kabaddi academy into action.
