iPhone 14 Max or iPhone 14 Plus? Leaked case sparks rumours about new Apple device

Apple’s upcoming event ‘Far Out’ is keeping tech geeks around the world on tenterhooks. A new leak is making waves on the Internet with each passing day adding to the excitement and curiosity of Apple fans. It is well-established that the Cupertino-based tech giant will come out with its iPhone 14 line-up this time.

Incidentally, most of the rumours in the recent past have been suggesting that a new iPhone will replace the iPhone Mini and that it would be the 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max. However, there seems to be a twist now. The iPhone 14’s fourth model is likely to have a new name.

An image shared by Twitter user Tommy Boi has sparked rumours about a potential new iPhone 14 model. The user shared an image of the alleged case of a new iPhone 14 variant. According to the image, the iPhone 14 6.7-inch model is named iPhone 14 Plus. If the leaked image is to be believed, we may have an iPhone 14 line-up that will feature 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro and the 6.7-inch iPhone Plus and iPhone Pro Max.

The image may seem photoshopped, however, it cannot be ruled out as the possibility of the iPhone 14 line-up featuring a smartphone named iPhone 14 Plus. Apple used the Plus name for iPhone 8 in 2017, however, it has used Max in its series ever since.

The ‘Far Out’ event is slated for September 7. The event will witness the launch of the iPhone 14 series, Apple Watch Series 8, upgraded iPads, Macs and a host of other Apple products.
