Ranaut’s Manali mansion is designed to reflect her connection with Himachal Pradesh. Moneycontrol reported that the sprawling property of seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms is spread across 7,600 square feet. One of the most striking glimpses inside the house came when Ranaut shared a video of its temple on her Instagram story. The video opens with the “vintage” door before revealing idols of Lord Ganesha, Goddess Durga and other deities. A large Shivling sits in front of the idols, while a colourful wall features a framed Pichwai painting. The mansion’s interiors weaves together pieces sourced from different places. According to Architectural Digest, the master bedroom features a classical armchair, a beautiful carpet and a customised wall sconce acquired from Mumbai’s Chor Bazaar.The entrance passage features hand-painted panelling, a rug sourced from Old Manali, a wooden console and a chandelier. The guest bedroom follows a similarly eclectic approach, with its designer bed and side table. Locally sourced vintage pieces and rugs add further character. The actress's bedroom aesthetic is mostly white with Victorian-era influences. It has a a wooden chair featuring a gold finish and rani-pink accents adding a dash of colour.

A library filled with memories
The living room add a personal touch to the spacious mansion. As per Architectural Digest, Ranaut's library features books that she has picked during her travels. A chequered chair along with a trunk that also doubles as a side table further adds character to the room. Apart from the decor, the property has a designated space to unwind and relax. The mansion has a yoga room with hardwood flooring and a vaulted concrete ceiling.

It is designed with glass walls stretching from top to bottom, it opens the interiors towards the Himalayan landscape. Warm lights run through the conservatory, while a recycled tractor-front tabletop and a cart-shaped tea table bring an unexpected rustic touch to the space. The result is a room designed to take full advantage of the surrounding mountains, whether in the morning or evening.
Mountain views from every room
The home’s relationship with its surroundings is central to its design.
