India’s internet users are projected to reach 627 million by 2019, according to research done by Kantar IMRB. Google and Boston Consulting Group’s research projected India to be a $100-billion digital consumer economy by the year 2020.

SRK manages to impress not just fans but international celebrities as well. Be it Angelina Jolie at IIFA Awards in 2000 or Lady Gaga at an interview in 2012, the actor knows how to make a mark.

And now, American talk-show host David Letterman is the latest addition to this list. Appearing on Letterman’s talk show, ‘My Next Guest Needs No Introduction’, SRK was quick to win him over.

Having stayed away from the screen since his last outing, ‘Zero’, SRK’s appearance on the show was termed by many as his ‘Diwali release’.

The candid tete-a-tete between the two men was full of candour and humorous banter. The episode also showed the superstar’s vulnerable side as he talked about his mother, the loss of his parents and how he fell in love with Gauri Khan.

Needless to say, everyone on Twitterverse appreciated the actor for being his usual fun self, and the episode was an instant hit with fans.
