'Imran Khan is a role model for terrorists.' Gambhir, Dhawan have some advice for Pak and its PM

Pakistan PM Imran Khan's recent comments at the UNGA didn't go down well with Gautam Gambhir and Shikhar Dhawan.
NEW DELHI: Gautam Gambhir is not known to mince his words, especially when it comes to Pakistan. Two days after Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan raised the Kashmir matter in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and painted a chilling picture of bloodshed and terrorism, Gauti, as the cricketer is popularly known, hit back in style.
Slamming Khan for his UN speech (which he exceeded by 30 minutes) where he issued threats of a nuke war, the cricketer-turned-politician accused the former Pak skipper of lacking sportsmanship, ethics and strength of character.
“At the UNGA, Imran Khan continued his vile narrative against India over New Delhi's move to revoke Article 370 and also flouted the time limit set for the address of world leaders on a global platform. He can only be a role model for terrorists," Gambhir was quoted as saying in an interview to ANI.
On Monday night, the East Delhi BJP MP took another dig at Khan for having invoked Kashmir in the UN. The former India opener shared a video on his Twitter handle that took a jibe at the security arrangements made for the Sri Lankan team visiting Karachi for the limited-overs series against the hosts.

The 37-year-old shared the video, which, in all probability, was recorded by a Pakistani citizen with a tweet that said: "Itna Kashmir kiya ke Karachi bhool gaye." (In his Kashmir overdrive, he had forgotten about Karachi). The video, which is slightly longer than a minute, shows two men, sitting in a car, seem to be mocking the level of security that has been deployed for the ongoing three-ODI series against Sri Lanka. Both narrate how cricket is being played in Pakistan in a "curfew-like situation".

Over 20 vehicles were deployed for the visiting team as the Lankans headed to the National Stadium in Karachi for the second ODI which Pakistan won by 67 runs on Monday. International cricket has returned to Pakistan after almost a decade and in order to ensure that no untoward incident happens to the visiting Sri Lankan team, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has promised for foolproof security.
Meanwhile, another India opener Shikhar Dhawan, also, had some advice for the neighbours. Hitting out at Pakistan for advising India on its internal affairs, the batsman suggested the arch rivals set their house in order first before commenting on others.
"If someone says something about our country, of course, we will say stand up. We don't need outsiders to advise us. First fix things in your own country and then speak about others. There is a saying 'Jinke ghar kaanch ka hoh, woh dusro ke ghar pathar nahi phekte (People with glass houses, shouldn't throw stones)," Dhawan, said, in a TV show.
