Madhuri Dixit and husband Shriram Nene just completed 23 years of marital bliss. On Monday, both Dixit and Nene wished each other on social media.

Dixit took to Instagram and shared a grey-tinted video with a heartfelt caption, "Happy anniversary to the love of my life. You have made my life better in every way and I'd do it all over again for you! Here's to another 23 years of happiness together. I love you." She added the hashtags #weddinganniversary, #23yearsoftogetherness, #love, #soulmates and #23rdanniversary to her post.

The video shows the couple sharing a kiss. The post has 252,259 likes so far. Bollywood’s ‘Dhak-Dhak’ girl has always been a natural at romance whether it’s on-screen or off-screen.

Nene also returned the favour. The cardiovascular surgeon proved that he is an ace when it came to matters of the heart. He shared an adorable throwback picture of himself with the actress. His caption read, “Happy 23rd Anniversary to my beautiful wife aka my heart, my soul, and my life! Every year my love for you keeps growing as we continue together on this wonderful journey of life. I am so grateful for you and the life that we have built together. Here's to many more years of love, happiness, and adventures. I love you so much babe! #Anniversary #WeddingAnniversary #Soulmates #BestFriends #23YearsOfTogetherness."
The ‘Hum Aapke Hain Kaun’ star married Dr. Nene in 1999 at a low-key traditional Marathi ceremony in Southern California. Their Mumbai wedding reception was a grand event and was attended by several eminent personalities such as actor Dilip Kumar, veteran director Yash Chopra, superstar Sridevi, Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray etc. The couple have two sons Arin and Ryan.

On the work front, Dixit was recently seen in Amazon Prime Video’s original film ‘Maja Ma’. Her sensitive performance as a suburban housewife who is also a closeted lesbian, gained much accolades. She also starred in the Netflix series ‘The Fame Game’, earlier this year. The film reunited Dixit with her ‘Raja’ co-star Sanjay Kapoor. Other well-known faces like Manav Kaul, Suhasini Mulay, Rajshri Deshpande were also a part of the cast.
