Hrithik’s outing with actress Saba Azad sparks dating rumours. More deets on how they met

The Internet went into a tizzy after Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan was spotted with a woman outside a restaurant in Mumbai. The pictures of Hrithik with the mystery woman kept the rumour mills abuzz. Soon, fans started speculating about the actor’s dating status.

The woman was later identified as upcoming actress Saba Singh Grewal also known as Saba Azad. The actress who is a theatre director and musician began her Bollywood career with the 2008 romantic comedy 'Dil Kabbadi'.

A video of Hrithik and Saba exiting a restaurant holding hands sparked rumours about dating. The news created waves across social media. It has been reported that Saba met Hrithik through a common friend.


A report on India Today claimed that Hrithik and Saba met through a friend who is an indie musician. After their initial meeting, they stayed in contact. They recently met over dinner where they reportedly discussed work.

Later it was reported that when an entertainment portal connected the actress she did not deny the rumours. "Sorry, I am in the middle of something. I'll call you back," Azad reportedly told the portal.

Azad is a part of Naseeruddin Shah's son Imaad's music band and was last seen in 'Feels Like Ishq' which was released on OTT.

The Bollywood superstar was earlier married to Sussane Khan. The couple separated in 2014 and continue to co-parent their sons Hrehaan and Hridaan.

On the work front, Hrithik will be seen next in 'Fighter' opposite Deepika Padukone, alongside Saif Ali Khan and Tiger Shroff in 'Vikram Vedha' and 'War 2' respectively.
