Hrithik Roshan and Farhan Akhtar recreate 'Senorita' song from 'ZNMD' at actor's wedding with Shibani Dandekar, dance video goes viral

Long-time lovebirds actor-director Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar tied the knot on Saturday in an intimate wedding held in Khandala, a hill station close to Mumbai.

The daytime wedding was attended by close friends and family of the duo including Hrithik Roshan, Rhea Chakraborty, Zoya Akhtar, Saqib Saleem and more.

The social media has been abuzz with pictures and videos from the wedding ceremony. One of the videos making the rounds on social media shows the groom, Akhtar, shaking a leg with his 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' co-star Hrithik Roshan on their famous song 'Senorita'.


The two recreated their Imran (Akhtar) and Arjun (Roshan) moment from Zoya Akhtar's 2011 film where they played best friends. The video was shared by a fan account on Instagram which shows Akhtar and Roshan trying to get the dance steps to their 'Senorita' song right while also goofing up a couple of times.

Towards the end, the two ultimately find a common ground with the iconic hand in the air gesture from the song as Farhan is heard jokingly saying that "they finally got it right" while Roshan adds that he "only remembers two steps".

Akhtar and Dandekar's wedding was held at a farmhouse in Khandala. The 48-year-old actor sported a black tuxedo with matching bow while 41-year-old Dandekar wore an off-shoulder red gown—teamed with a veil of the same colour. The two tied the knot after dating each other for over four years.

The 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag', son of screenwriters Javed Akhtar and Honey Irani, was previously married to Adhuna Bhabani. The duo divorced each other after 16 years of marriage and have two daughters— Shakya and Akira.
