Harsh Goenka shows support to 'genius' Elon Musk, says there's a method to his madness

This year has been a lot of ups and downs for the world's richest man, Elon Musk, who has been making headlines ever since he showed an interest to buy Twitter.

Though the billionaire is the new owner and CEO of the microblogging platform, he isn't everyone's favourite. Ever since Musk took the charge of Twitter, he has not only fired half of the workforce including top executives, but also announced a bunch of new changes and features, for which, the 51-year-old has been on the receiving end.

While Musk is facing heavy criticism from people across the world, Indian businessman Harsh Goenka has come out in support of the Tesla chief and urged people to give Twitter some time before predicting its death.


The chairman of RPG Group called Twitter's new boss a genius and said that "there must be a method of his madness."

"We are underestimating the genius of Elon Musk. There must be a method to his madness,” Goenka wrote on his official Twitter handle where he enjoys over 1.7 million followers.
The Indian businessman further pointed out that Musk was ahead of his time with Tesla, SpaceX and Boring Co.

“Whether it was Tesla, SpaceX or Boring co, he was ahead of his times. He surely has a game plan with #Twitter which we just can’t comprehend. Let’s give him time before we predict its death,” Goenka added.

This isn't the first time that the billionaire has shown support for Musk. Goenka's Twitter feed is full of retweets and video posts on the SpaceX boss.

The world's richest man currently is facing a wrath and also a divide on the Internet after he issued an ultimatum to Twitter employees, asking them to either commit to a hardcore work environment or buyout from the company.

Following this, thousands of Twitter staff decided to walk out and submitted their resignations.
