Google I/O 2022 event: Pixel 6a, Pixel Watch, Android 13 and more launches expected
Google will be launching both hardware and software at the I/O event.

The Keynote address reportedly by CEO Sundar Pichai will be the highlight of Day 1. The address will begin at 10 AM PDT (about 10:30 pm in India) on May 11. Developers and others who want to have an insider view of the event should register themselves on io.google/2022.
Android 13 To Be Unveiled
Google has already released a developer preview of its OS, however, the company will likely share exclusive details of the new operating system. The first preview of Android 13 was launched earlier this year. The new updates are expected to be focused on permissions, privacy, and UI. Some of the changes may include multi-language support and WiFi permission system that is likely to let apps connect to WiFi without location permissions.
Pixel Line-up
Google is expected to unveil its Pixel line-up at the event. Earlier it was reported that Pixel 6a was undergoing private testing in India. The reports suggested that the company may launch Pixel 6a in India. Pixel 6a is essentially the light version of the Pixel 6 smartphone unveiled in the west last year. Reportedly, the lite version sports a similar design and features to the Pixel 6 model.
Pixel Watch
Much more action on the hardware and software front is expected at the event. The event will likely offer Google’s roadmap for its product, services and platforms.
