Ankit Goel shares how technology has helped him during the pandemic.
Technology has permeated almost every aspect of our lives, so relying on it is inevitable. While the Covid-19 pandemic has no relation with this, it may have indirectly acted as a catalyst for pushing towards a more digital and tech-friendly atmosphere.

In terms of screen time, Ankit Goel, MD, Goel Ganga Developments doesn’t believe that he has clocked more screen time as he is part of a real estate company.

"Our work isn’t limited to the screen but extend beyond such frameworks. The two gadgets I just can’t live without are my phone and laptop. I’m currently using an iPhone 12 mini. I like it for its size and its capacity to handle multiple features in a smaller box. I limit my phone usage hours and try to not go over two to three hours a day," he says.

"The gadget I’m actively using at the moment is a digital diary by Mont Blanc. I use GPay for payments, and WhatsApp for keeping up with my network. I do own a smart gadget, but I don’t use it because it makes me more conscious about the number and less about the end results," he says.

Goel typically uses calendars and reminder apps on his iPhone as it helps him to organise his day more effectively.

"Crosstalk is often inevitable in a busy workplace, but there are ways to manage it. I use Airpods, which seem to be working fine so far," he ends.
