NEW DELHI: Flipkart on Monday launched an app compatible with the Android wearable technology to support viewing of the e-commerce website's wishlists on the wearable gear.

The app features a new user interface, smart search, mode of payment choice and personalized alerts, Flipkart said in a statement.

It supports push notifications from Flipkart on the gear. Possible future app updates would include order tracking related information, price drop notification and personalized offer notification.

Meanwhile, Flipkart said that Moto 360 is back in its stocks, and the eCommerce firm has now become the exclusive retailer in India for three globally leading wearable technology brands – Garmin, Motorola and Martian.

The latest version of this app will be compatible with all the three brands and will be the first app from India to be listed on the Android wearable technology store, the company said.
