Nikhil Arora, MD of GoDaddy India, places fitness on a high pedestal. The internet domain registrar and web hosting company's India boss trains every day. If it’s a busy day, and he has just 30 minutes to exercise, he’ll take it because that is still better than not working out at all.

He told ET Panache, "My running gear and TRX band travel with me so I can at least get a run and suspension training wherever I am. A fitness tip I identify with the most is that there is no substitute for hard work. A good blend of hard work and consistency will give you great results, and more importantly, immense satisfaction."

An interesting thing about fitness goals for Arora is that he believes that each milestone you set for yourself carves the way for the next one. "At least this is the way I have approached fitness since the longest time – the more challenging my goals, the more it motivates me to do better," he explained.

In terms of personal bests, the GoDaddy India MD has completed over 30 half, full and ultra-marathons plus a few trithalons (including Ironman), but he says, he does not believe in holding on to a static figure.

"One’s fitness and ability to push through boundaries is always evolving, and every run is different. Having completed over a decade running half and full marathons, I now find myself focusing on pacing to help others achieve their personal bests. As a first-time runner, I gained a lot of inspiration and encouragement from the pacers, and I now feel ready to give back to the sport that I believe so much in," he said.
